Take a relaxed winter break in the South of France

The South of France can be a lovely place to spend a winter holiday given the fact that it sports many fine villages and resort towns and plenty of fresh and perfect food.  Due to the quaint villages and country charm of the locals and area attractions it can also be a lovely place to holiday.  The following are a few suggestions of luxury hotels in South France that can make your stay perfect.

Found in Provence, the Domain des Grages du Bosquet is buried back at the end of a secluded country lane and is housed in a stone hamlet that has been renovated and turned into a peaceful and serene looking guest house. The luxury hotel is made of several different buildings that each hosts three bedrooms.  The entire location is surrounded by pines, lavender acacias, and olive trees with an outdoor pool for summer holiday goers.

Another option is the Jardin Secrets luxury hotel in Nimes, which may appear closer to a Tuscan villa than the hotel you may be expecting to see.  Closed in behind a red clay and olive tree façade, you may quickly think that you are in the wrong country.

However, once you walk through the entrance way you will see plenty of traditional 18th century French decorations such as antiques, roll-top bats, and ornate beds. Plus, with an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and down town Nimes only a ten minute walk away there is plenty to keep you busy during your stay.
