France can boast of a lengthy coastline. This length is around 3427 kilometers. It’s dotted with an abundance of high-class beaches. Majority of French beaches are clean and soft. Hence, they prove of being excellent conditions with respect to sunbathing as well as other recreations. In fact, French beaches are inclusive of a wide range of thrilling water sports. Besides, French beaches have been known for liberal attitude of theirs towards the bathing attire. Owing to this, you would be able to find loads of topless, even nude ones (beaches) on Corsica Island and Mediterranean coast. Do not panic, people! France contains standard family beaches as well. If you happen to feel slightly risqué, there’re many topless and natural beaches here, i.e. in France. The bottom line message is that France contains beaches for having suited every choice and need, be it for adventure and fun seekers, or for family.

Majority of beaches here have been well-developed with lots of amenities. There are, however, some hazards present as well. French beaches along Mediterranean Sea, especially on south coast have been considered of being the best beaches in France. Beaches of ‘French Riviera’ or Cote d’Azur are, in actual sense, high-class. At the same time, they are highly expensive. Beaches of Cannes and St. Tropez are the hot-favorite ones, as they witness the visits of celebrities. These beaches would surely dig a hole in to your pocket. If you wish to obtain the same enjoyment, but have a tight budget, visit the beaches at Nice.

The western and northern coasts of France go on to offer secluded, long beaches. However, they are rougher, colder, and the water over here isn’t as warm or as clear as Mediterranean coast. Beaches along Atlantic aren’t all that crowded in comparison with counterparts of theirs, i.e. the ones on French Riviera. They do offer superb conditions for ‘surfing’. The other water sports can also be held over here. Brittany beaches found on France’s Atlantic coast are just amazing. Corsica is also known for having certain stunning beaches, whereas Cap d’Agde adjoining Montpellier are high-class nude beaches.

Some amongst the best French beaches have been located on French Riviera’s coast, inclusive of celebrity beaches, i.e. Cannes, the beaches of St. Tropez like Bouillabaisse beach, Jumeaux beach, Graniers Beach, Tahiti and Pampellone beach, and, last, but not the least, Monte Carlo beaches. Pleneuf-Val-Andre, Ile de Porquerolles, La Baules, La Rochelle, and belle-ile-en Mer are the main beaches along Atlantic coast.

La Rochelle can be described as one amongst the most gorgeous seaside resorts present in France. It has miles of various sandy beaches, whereas La Baules can be referred to as an eight-mile crescent-shaped beach. In fact, it’s the lengthiest sand stretch present in Europe. Now let some light be thrown on beaches located on ‘Corsica Island’. They include Saleccia Beach, Loto Beach, Santa Giulia beach, Palombaggia Beach, and Golfe di sogno Beach. As such, forget your worries and enjoy the moments on French beaches.
